4. What We Do With the Data We Collect

4.1 We may keep your personal data for up to 12 months or (if you have an account with us) for the life of that account (or as long as we are legally required to do so).

4.2 Unless the law tells us otherwise we will not disclose your personal data to any third party (except members of our group of companies and our affiliates). See Clause 5

Any personal data that is processed by any third party will be processed strictly within the terms of this Policy and in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR and national law implementing and supplementing it.

6.1 If we provide links to other Sites please note that we have no control over those sites and cannot be responsible for their content. Our Policy does not apply when you use a link we provide. You should always read the privacy policy of any other sites prior before you use it.

7. Changes of Business Ownership and Control

7.1 From time to time our business will change and this may involve us selling some or part of our Company. The personal data you give us will, if it is appropriate, be transferred to any new owner but always under the terms of this Policy and they will only be allowed to use that data for the same purposes for which you supplied it to us.

7.2 Because of the number of users of our site we won’t contact you in advance of any transfer.

9. Location of Processing

9.1 Data is stored in the closest region to the end user where said data is submitted. We utilise Amazon Web Services (AWS) instances in the following locations, Europe and the USA.

The data that we process in relation to you may be transferred to and stored at,a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) that may not be subject to equivalent data protection law. It may also be processed by staff situated outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of orders, the processing of payment details and the provision of support services.

9.2 Where personal data is transferred in relation to providing our services we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that it is subject to appropriate safeguards, such as relying on a recognised legal adequacy mechanism which may include by entering into EC approved standard contractual clauses relevant to transfers of personal information (see Justice and Fundamental Rights) and that it is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

9.3 We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. All personal data processed by is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using appropriate technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website or systems, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

9.4 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of your data transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk.
